Purpose and legal basis for processing
What we Need and Why We Need it
Do we Use any Data Processors?
When you contact us to make an enquiry, we collect information, including your personal data, so that we can respond to it and fulfil our legal responsibilities.
The legal basis we rely on to process your personal data is article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which allows us to process personal data for the purposes of our legitimate interest
We need enough information from you to answer your enquiry. If you contact us via email or web form, we’ll need a return email address for response, and your browsers user agent string to identify the likely acceptable formats for any attachments with the reply.
We’ll store an email thread in our email system to record your enquiry and all subsequent messages to and from you.
For information about how long we hold personal data, see here.
We are acting in our corporate capacity to respond to your enquiry, so you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.
