When you contact us to make an enquiry, we collect information, including your personal data, so that we can respond to it and fulfil our legal responsibilities.

The legal basis we rely on to process your personal data is article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which allows us to process personal data for the purposes of our legitimate interest

What we Need and Why We Need it

We need enough information from you to answer your enquiry. If you contact us via email or web form, we’ll need a return email address for response, and your browsers user agent string to identify the likely acceptable formats for any attachments with the reply.

What we do with it

We’ll store an email thread in our email system to record your enquiry and all subsequent messages to and from you.
